STYLES OF MANAGEMENT: THE THEORY
Management is about making things happen through other people. The challenging piece of that equation is “other people”, because other people are not like you – which may or may not be a good thing. And you cannot understand your own style until you understand how it affects other people. There is no right or wrong: there is only what works and what does not.
