So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I’ve purposely not done any background research on this book, because my first reaction to this list was profound and I wanted to hold onto that reaction. There’s some pretty evil shit documented there as well as some basic truths about what managers are up to on a daily basis.
