There is a recent trend emerging in the job market whereby recruiters are now looking for blockchain experts and developers who can program for blockchains. This is especially relevant to the financial industry, and recently many start-ups and large organizations have started to hire blockchain specialists. This trend is of course expected to grow as the technology gains more acceptance and maturity. There is also concern about the lack of blockchain developers, which undoubtedly will be addressed as the technology progresses and more and more developers either gain experience on a self-learning basis or gain formal training from some training providers.
