Test Lab with Android Studio
Android Studio is a powerful IDE built for developing JVM applications. Firebase Test Lab integration is completely straightforward using Android Studio. All the tests such as instrumentation and UI can be performed.
In this section, we will learn how to modify the instrumented tests in Android Studio for using cloud-based infrastructure through Test Lab. Once we have a Blaze plan for Firebase billing, we can create a test configuration and run tests:
- Create a new configuration by clicking on Run and edit configurations within Android Studio.
- Add a new configuration and select Android Tests.
