When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
VPC and subnet
A Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) allows a user to create a virtually private and isolated network in the cloud. A VPC-enabled secure transfer of data between a private enterprise and a public cloud network means the data of one company on same public cloud is isolated from other companies' data on the same public cloud. A VPC has a CIDR block assigned to it which represents a subnet mask for VPC networks. An example of a CIDR block range is 10.20.0.0/16, we can create 2 power 16 IP addresses in the VPC. These CIDR blocks are then used to create subnets.
