Creating custom fields
After we have done the mapping for all the required entities, the next step is to prepare the basic data model for all the actors involved in the solution. Due to business-specific requirements, a user may need to create custom attributes for the entities.
Dynamics CRM allows the user to create attributes of different types. The following section explains the attributes in detail.
