Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 introduces controls for mobile and tablet applications that help the users to enter and use CRM apps faster. These controls are designed considering the touch-friendly environment provided by modern smart phones and tablets.
The main advantage of these visual controls is that they are very user-friendly and they make operating easier while using the app on phones or tablets. These controls are more interactive, and typing is not the only alternative. They also control the format of data displayed in a consistent way.
