To enable the isolation and on-demand streaming of applications in an App-V environment, the application must be repackaged in a process called sequencing. App-V includes an aptly named wizard-driven utility called App-V Sequencer. App-V Sequencer is essentially a piece of software that will actively watch an application install and detect the changes to the operating system.
