I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Viewing Setup and Audit Trail
Salesforce keeps an Audit Trail of configuration changes made in the Setup section. Audit Trail helps the organization administration track recent setup changes. This is very helpful if there are multiple administrators for an organization.
A business scenario: Alok Sinfal is working as system administrator at Universal Containers. He has just received an e-mail from business user Nishant Nagre, who says that someone has recently reset his password (because Nishant has received a password reset e-mail from Salesforce).
