I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating code review request
Every product gets its success from the quality of the code and that becomes solid with a code review. Visual Studio allows you to create a code review request, directly from Team Explorer, and allows you to catch the defect early as it's in development stage, thus reducing the overall cost of a product.
To create a code review request, first open the History page of your change sets. Select the change set that you would like to get reviewed by your other team members. From the right-click context menu, as shown in the following screenshot, click on the Request Review menu entry:
