As you are targeting your app to scale properly in small, medium, and large resolution systems, it is necessary to take care of your design based on effective pixels instead of actual pixels.
When you place a control in the UI and the system scales the window, it does this in multiples of four. You need to make sure to snap your control to the 4x4 pixel grid to have a clear picture in a high-resolution system. If you place it in the middle of the 4x4 pixel grid, you will see a blurred image as shown in the following image:
