I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Los geht es mit der festen Dauer als Vorgangsart. In einfachen Worten ausgedrückt bedeutet dies, dass die Dauer des Vorgangs konstant gehalten wird und sich somit eine Terminverschiebung durch Änderung der Dauer vermeiden lässt. Project versucht bei dieser Einstellung, die Dauer nicht zu ändern. Wenn dies nicht möglich ist, zum Beispiel wenn eine Ressource nur halbtags arbeitet oder in diesem Zeitraum arbeitsfreie Zeit hat, erscheint meistens ein Hinweis, dass die Dauer geändert wird, obwohl sie fest ist.
