Adding Text to Your Site
Once upon a time, Web sites were almost all text. The earliest days of the Web were mostly about posting information and not so much about creating an experience. Today, few Web visitors would be happy landing on your site and finding a page of black (or blue) text on a white (or gray) background. We expect color, images, entertainment—and not as much text as we used to see.
