As mentioned at the beginning of this chapter, Outlook 2007 uses the To-Do List view as the default Tasks folder view. Several other predefined views are also available, including those described in the following list. To use any of these views, choose View, Arrange By, Current View, and then select the view you want.
Simple List. Shows the task name, the due date, and whether the task is completed. This is the default view for the Tasks folder.
Detailed List. Shows not only the information in a simple list but also status, percent complete, and categories.
Active Tasks. Shows tasks that are active (incomplete).
Next Seven Days. Shows tasks for the next seven days.
