If you don’t have Exchange Server in your organization, you can still publish your free/busy information to enable others, whether inside or outside your organization, to view that information for scheduling purposes. As explained earlier in this chapter, Outlook 2007 can publish to FTP, HTTP, or file URLs. Which type you choose depends on the availability of such servers in your network, whether outside users need access to the free/busy information, and firewall and security issues for incoming access to the servers.
