Using Web Views with Folders

The popularity of the Internet and its usefulness to businesses and individuals make it almost imperative that software include features for accessing Web pages. Outlook 2007 offers such features, providing ways for users to access the Web without switching to a different program. This section describes how you can access the Web by specifying a Web page as a home page for a folder.

Why Use Web Views?

When you assign a Web page as a home page for a folder, you make it convenient and easy to access intranet or Internet resources.
