Viewing Notes
Outlook 2007 provides five predefined views for the Notes folder. To switch to a different view, choose View, Current View. You can use any of the following predefined views:
Icons. This default view displays an icon for each note with the first line (25 characters) of the note text serving as the icon’s description.
Notes List. This view displays the notes as a line-by-line list showing the entire contents of the note (with AutoPreview on).
Last Seven Days. This view is similar to Notes List view and displays the entire contents of the notes (with AutoPreview on), but only those notes created or modified within the past seven days, based on the current date.
By Category. This view groups the notes as a list by their assigned categories ...
