ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Jeff Fromm is President of FutureCast, a marketing consultancy based in Kansas City, MO, that specializes in Millennial generation trends. He is also a regular contributor at Forbes.com and a frequent keynote speaker on marketing, consumer trends, and innovation. In 2011 he published his first landmark study about the Millennial generation through a research partnership with The Boston Consulting Group and Service Management Group, which ultimately led to the writing and publication of the book Marketing to Millennials. Jeff has more than 25 years of consulting experience across dozens of brands, from Build-A-Bear Workshop to Dunkin’ Brands, and holds a degree in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. ...
