I was catapulted into a huge animal cell in Stephen Elford’s Minecraft world back in March 2013. It was my first time exploring an object at such a vast scale in Minecraft. I thought about the movie Innerspace and all those educational cartoons that shrunk the characters down so you could see what was going on at a microscopic level. There are a vast amount of learning opportunities with such miniature adventures in Minecraft.
