Appendix A:Notes on Methodology, Data Integrity, and AI Collaboration
Methodology Note
The frameworks presented in this book—ACT+M™ and HAAS™—are composite systems developed from more than two decades of enterprise transformation work across financial services, fintech, healthcare, and regulated industries. While informed by organizational science and behavioral systems thinking, they are not academic models. They are diagnostic frameworks built for practical use by executive teams navigating real-world AI adoption.
All tools in this book were shaped and refined through enterprise experience. They reflect recurring patterns observed across multiple client engagements, leadership off-sites, and transformation programs. These systems are designed to surface misalignment early, accelerate decision-making clarity, and operationalize trust at scale.
Data Integrity Statement
To protect client confidentiality while preserving insight, all case examples in this book are anonymized and composite in nature. While rooted in real transformation engagements, the data, stories, and benchmarks are illustrative—synthesized across industries to highlight common dynamics and failure modes. Quantitative metrics such as alignment scores, trust velocity, and ROI indicators are internally consistent and conceptually grounded but do not represent peer-reviewed or publicly disclosed empirical studies.
Readers are encouraged to adapt these tools to their own organizational context and conduct ...
