Not every tool is right for you. Tools should be selected on the basis of who will use it, and what that person is expected to do day to day. Matching skill level, test speed, and how detailed the test results are makes a big difference in how successful someone is with a new tool. See the section titled “What Tool to Start With?” in Appendix H, “Network Diagnostic Products Used in This Book.”
