Hosting an online masterclass or event is one of my favorite ways to reach an audience and get a flood of clients. There are so many advantages: it's fairly easy to run, inexpensive to set up, and expansive in who it can reach; plus it means you and the participants don't have to get on a plane. This is why I always recommend starting with virtual presentations first and then moving to in-person experiences.
Scheduling Your Presentation
My first recommendation is that you choose the date you are going to be hosting your virtual presentation. There is no hard and fast rule for this, but you want to consider your audience and when they may be available.
I typically host my presentations on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. However, I have friends who host their webinars every week on a Monday and they absolutely crush it. So it's totally up to you what works for your schedule and your audience's availability. Just remember, because you're hosting an event, you can't suit everyone, so the best thing to do is to choose a time that works for you, and that you feel works best for the majority of your people, and go with that.
