So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In this position, she oversees more than 2,100 employees with an annual operating budget of $147 million. I had the fortune to see her in a Women in Leadership panel discussion at Wharton, where she had studied.
