So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Visual Studio
Starting with PostgreSQL 8.4, on Windows, the database can be built using Visual Studio. This means that it's possible to use Visual Studio tools, including the debugger and profiler in order to analyze the performance of the database code.
