It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Quick Reference, Techniques, and Useful Data
This appendix has the following three main themes:
- A quick reference section. Why would readers of this book want such basic information? Because even the most experienced web designer can have momentary lapses of memory. Reminders of the basic principles in one place within one book are handy; it saves searching through several books, several chapters, or the internet.
- Summaries of techniques. Some useful techniques are summarized here, such as positioning, floating, ordering markup, and ensuring the MIME types are set on your server.
- Tabular information. Helpful data tables are included so that you can look up information on character entities and browser statistics.
