I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Assembling the Team
The producer has two major concerns with regard to the art department: hiring the best creative people for the project and creating a special “look” within the parameters of the budget. Production value is the delicate balance between fiscal responsibility and respect for the artistic aspirations of the script and the vision of the director. A good producer takes pride in stretching money as far as possible to support the artistic goals of the project. The measure of success lies in seeing those dollars up “on the screen.”
