One of the most—if not the most—popular frameworks at the moment is TensorFlow. The TensorFlow framework is created, maintained, and used internally by Google. This general open source framework can be used for any numerical computation by using data flow graphs. One of the biggest advantages of using TensorFlow is that you can use the same code and deploy it on your local CPU, cloud GPU, or Android device.
