Transformation Performance Index Model
In this section we describe an innovative quantitative model that assisted us in distinguishing successful corporate transformations from unsuccessful ones. This then allowed our research team to perform indepth and rigorous study of the companies’ various practices and paths that affected their respective outcomes.
