Mutating context with Hooks
There are multiple ways in which you can get data conditionally from the Context; one of these is placing the data from the Context in the local state. That could be a solution for a smaller application but can be inefficient for larger applications, as you'd still need to pass this state down your component tree. Another solution is using React Hooks to create a function that is added to the value of your Context and can be invoked from any of the components that are nested in this Context. Also, this method of getting the data prevents you from efficiently loading only the data that you'd need.
