Patience is the ultimate virtue
Leonardo Davinci, one of the great minds in human history, said that “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” As I spoke to Carlos Betancourt it became evident to me that one of his life mantras is to keep things simple, a way of living that many of the world’s greatest follow. Understanding the laws of supply and demand, comprehending the different cycles, and realizing that liquidity equals value, are all fundamental truths in real estate.
