Dr. Fang Lin Luo is an associate professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He received his BSc, first class with honors (magna cum laude), in radio-electronic physics from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, and his PhD in electrical engineering and computer science from Cambridge University, England, United Kingdom, in 1986.
