So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The Colophon
Robin and John designed and produced this book on Macintosh computers. John created most of his examples in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Corel Painter. Robin created her examples in InDesign and Illustrator. She exported the InDesign examples as PDFs for placement in the book files. She created the book files in InDesign.
We live and work in Santa Fe. Files were sent over the Internet as PDFs to our editor, Nancy Davis in Buffalo, and our production manager, David Van Ness in Berkeley.
There is a list of fonts used in the book on pages 272—273. This font is Alinea Sans and the headline is Zanzibar with alternate characters. The giant ornament is from Zanzibar Extras.
