Lightning Experience
In this chapter, we will discuss the Lightning Experience. And no – we are not talking about the famous AC/DC song, Thunderstruck; we are talking about the Salesforce interface that has won the hearts of users. In this chapter, we will discuss what Classic was and what Lightning is now. We will answer important questions about why Lightning has gained so many fans and, importantly, we will learn how to operate within it and even what tools can be used to customize it to our needs. The last element we will touch upon in this chapter is Salesforce on the phone, which saves the life of more than one salesperson hitting the road every day.
