I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

We have simply tried to highlight some of the major features to give you a basic knowledge of PL/SQL. We recommend Sams Teach Yourself PL/SQL in 21 Days (ISBN 0-672-31798-2) by Jonathan Gennick and Tom Luers for much more in-depth information on PL/SQL. |

| A2: | Yes, you can get by, but to achieve the results that you would get with PL/SQL, you may have to spend much more time coding in a third-generation language. If you do not have Oracle, seek your implementation documentation for procedural features like that of PL/SQL. |
