I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
4Grundlegende Fragetechniken
»Wer fragt, führt!« lautet eine der Grundregeln in der Gesprächstechnik. Da steckt viel Wahres drin. Durch Fragen können wir Gesprächen z. B. neue Impulse geben, sie in eine bestimmte Richtung lenken oder die inhaltliche Thematik erweitern bzw. begrenzen.
Mit Fragen signalisieren wir Interesse und können unsere Gesprächspartner aktivieren und sogar motivieren. Mit Fragen können wir Klärungen herbeiführen, Dinge verdeutlichen oder Verwirrung stiften.
Das alles geht nicht mit nur einer Art von Fragen, sondern dazu ist ein breites Spektrum an Fragearten notwendig. Wir ITler beschränken uns aber meist auf Fragen, die Probleme analysieren. Wie wir in diesem Kapitel sehen werden, gibt es alternative Möglichkeiten, Lösungen ...
