I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Im IT-Umfeld haben wir es häufig mit einer sehr hohen Komplexität zu tun. Die Zeiten, in denen ein Entwickler das gesamte System überblicken konnte, sind lange vorbei. Immer höhere Abstraktionsebenen fordern immer generelleres Denken von den Entwicklern. Die Rolle des Projektleiters wandelt sich zunehmend vom rein administrativen Projektverwalter zum Komplexitätsmanager. Dabei ist zu beobachten, dass oft die Probleme nicht auf dem technischen Niveau liegen. In Teams ab 3-4 Entwicklern aufwärts hat der Projektleiter die Pflicht, sich mit dem wichtigsten Thema zu beschäftigen: der Kommunikation.
