IT organizations looking to improve their testing practices often centralize some or all test-related activities in a testing center of excellence (CoE).
Figure 32.1 depicts the normal organizational structure in a testing CoE. The testing CoE primarily consists of resources such as test managers, test architect, solution architect, test automation experts, QA managers, and QA auditors.
