Hiring people
When starting out in business, and indeed when continuing to grow, surround yourself with supportive people. People who will motivate, mentor and offer the practical and hands-on help you need to succeed. It is perfectly possible to achieve on a budget. Here is where and how to find them.
The motivator
No need to stray far from home for this one. This could be your mum, spouse, partner, brother, sister or friend. It is the person who spurs you on, when that is required. I recall an entrepreneur telling the story of how he started his now highly successful business and brand.
