What is strengths-focused leadership?
Part 1 of this book introduces you to the underlying principles of strengths-focused leadership and what that means.
Before you can begin to adopt a strengths focus it is important that you are really clear about what we mean by a strength, so that is where we will start. It is also important that you understand why you may want to adopt more of a strengths focus in the way you lead yourself and others and are clear about the benefits that it can bring to you and your team. For some, it is also important to know the history and empirical evidence that underpins the strengths approach.
