I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

OVERVIEW
Our closing chapter has two purposes. First, we will attempt to identify some significant themes that emerge from the chapters of the book. Second, an attempt will be made to predict how these themes may develop in the future and to anticipate some consequences and implications for the professional practice of L&D. These purposes therefore have direct connections. Given the speculative nature of the purposes, we have not formulated or stated specific objectives for the chapter. We have also not included any reader activities. However, we hope readers will join in our speculations and that those provided here will inform and stimulate both thought and debate.
