◾ Project purpose, goals, and objectives

◾ Ethicality, honesty, and integrity

◾ Work ethic, productivity, and performance

◾ Effectiveness and efficiencies wherever possible

What Project Knowledge Is Required?

LL PTMs should have project knowledge in the following areas:

◾ Initiation, i.e., support stakeholders in a project idea and bringing it to

reality.

◾ Planning, i.e., organize project details in a well-organized format.

◾ Executing, i.e., ensure project-related activities are carried out as planned.

◾ Monitoring/controlling, i.e., oversee evaluation, measurement, and research.
