to Discover Stakeholder Style
Discovering the personality traits of stakeholders is core, common and critical
to interpersonal communication. Knowing what works and what does not work
with people’s styles is essential to gaining agreement. Using a STYLE chart has
been proven to be an effective way to ensure consistent results in working with
