So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Lenses in General
Photographic lenses come in many shapes, sizes, and designs, and are manufactured to fulfill many functions. The Camera Assistant need not be an optical engineer, but should know something about the way lenses work, and the limitations present in some of the wide range of lenses available to the cinematographer.
