I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
ZEYNEP TON is a Professor of the Practice in the Operations Management group at MIT Sloan School of Management and the cofounder and president of the nonprofit Good Jobs Institute. She has received numerous awards for teaching excellence at MIT Sloan and at Harvard Business School, where she worked previously. In her research, teaching, and consulting work, Ton focuses on how organizations can design and manage their operations in a way that satisfies customers, employees, and investors simultaneously. She is the author of The Good Jobs Strategy. She lives in Cambridge with her husband and four children.
