Let’s get down to work. I can’t give you a step-by-step playbook for how to adopt the good jobs system in your own organization. The right moves will vary from company to company. But I can give you the essential ingredients you need to make the right moves. My biggest lesson in “implementation” during the last eight years has been that there are three essential ingredients without which successful adoption is unlikely.
