About the Author

Rick Capozzi is a highly regarded industry leader in financial services, with a 34‐year track record of success in senior leadership positions with the world's largest organizations, including Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, and UBS. As national sales manager at Morgan Stanley, Rick was responsible for sales and asset growth. Rick was a successful branch manager at UBS winning many national awards and went on to become regional president at Wells and regional director at Morgan Stanley. Rick led both regions from nearly last to first position in the country by applying his sound principles, proven strategies, and actionable tactics.

Rick is currently president of Capozzi Advisory Group, LLC, a global consulting and training firm. He delivers hundreds of keynotes a year to financial services organizations. He opens his playbook to bring real‐world experience and deep industry knowledge to advisors and managers, offering proven strategies and solutions to help them achieve personal and business growth. His workshops and keynotes on leadership and wealth management strategies for high‐net‐worth clients have helped tens of thousands of financial professionals around the world become more successful in growing their business. Rick has created and delivered over a thousand keynotes to many of the top wealth management organizations in the world, in Asia, Middle East, Europe, and North America.
