Build strength

Many dictionary definitions focus on the idea of physical power, which is somewhat reductionist. Further, any form of learning and development is more effective through knowing your own perceptions of the words you use as this makes the outcomes both measurable and meaningful. So consider all questions and reflection points with that in mind. What does it mean to me (and then if you are to apply this to your team, what does it mean to them)? Perhaps ‘strength’ is more emotional – it could be the ability to offer support. Maybe it is the ability to beat an enemy. Maybe it is being able to go against the grain with confidence.
