It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
9SU-800, SB-R200, and R1C1 Operation
Nikon’s R1C1 close-up lighting kit completely integrates with the CLS. The SU-800 Commander and the SB-R200 Remote flashes are part of the Nikon R1C1 system along with a host of other hardware pieces (figure 9.1). The entire kit is very well thought out, but like everything else in the Nikon CLS, using it properly takes practice and knowledge.
