THE INVERTED ORGANIZATION

Sam Metcalf has the calm demeanor of a missionary and the zeal of an evangelist. He is the CEO of a global organization known as CRM, a social entrepreneurship nonprofit that started in the United States but has now established partner organizations in twelve countries with operations in ninety-four countries. This group works overseas to establish local leaders and affiliate organizations that provide local finance to meet CRM’s humanitarian and religious mission, which is executed by those same local groups. They are in some ways an enterprise planting organization.
