So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This appendix is heavy on philosophy. If that turns you off, you can skip it, but we think that it will help you think about your place in the universe or at least your role within your company, organization, or SA team. Examining your own role within an organization helps you focus, which helps you do a better job.
